This workshop is designed for all levels of individuals working with infants, young children and their families. Participants will learn more about childhood milestones, what to expect, how to assess if the child is on track and what to anticipate in the future. Strategies will be provided to assist the provider on how to assist in making the transition from one stage to the next successful. This will include information on Jean Piaget’s Cognitive Stages of Development, Eric Eriksen’s Psychosocial Stages of Development, as well as the medical mode of physical developmental milestones.
